Overall Conditions & Observations

Body Condition: POOR - Note: contact mentions exterior panel deterioration could be causing possible mold issue inside wall of trailer - rear left panel is starting to delaminate, additional issues broken tail light, missing exterior panel cover from furnace, does not come with a ball hitch - contact says unit is still towable, includes equalizing-weight distribution bars
Interior Condition: FAIR - interior is in fairly good condition, its 1-slide out is battery operated, Furnace is non-functioning, Fridge works but only on 110Volt, No propane tanks, No battery - all other appliances are said to be in working condition
Tire Condition: FAIR-GOOD - all tires are - as pictured

Please note: This trailer can be towed away from its location, there is no hitch-ball receiver, you must bring your own - No assistance will be offered with its removal
